Join HarwellXPS and the SCI Early Careers Materials Committee for a 2-day training course during which you will learn about X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS).
Topics covered include:
- Data handling
- XPS fundamentals
- Advanced functionalities of CasaXPS
We will also be running a bring-your-own data session for those of you already working with XPS, during which we will have experts on hand to help you understand your data.
If you do not have data of your own, we will be providing all attendees with a workbook of data to practice with to cater for all levels of expertise. Please remember to bring your own laptop and a copy of CasaXPS.
All relevant datafiles will be emailed to you prior to the event, please ensure you download these before arrival.
