Advanced Nuclear Materials Workshop
The Henry Royce Institute invites you to save the date for an advanced nuclear materials workshop at the National Graphene Institute in Manchester.
The workshop will be an opportunity to learn about accessing the national facilities of the Royce and of the National Nuclear User Facilities (NNUF); in doing so, we will lay the groundwork for a research community.
Format of the day
Morning: An introduction and update from the Royce, its flagship research themes and national facilities and user access (including further information on how Royce and NNUF will function in practice).
Afternoon: A series of workshops focusing on different themes. The aim is to produce five or six outline strategic research proposals to provide effective statements of community need for submission to various funding bodies, including EPSRC and the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Stragety (BEIS).
This event is now FULL – registrations are no longer being accepted.
