Detailed Description
This attachment enables in-situ powder diffraction measurements under elevated temperature conditions from ambient to 500°C.
Uses/Applications
Characterise thermal stability and decomposition pathways of air sensitive materials to determine safety and durability. Follow synthesis reactions of air sensitive materials in-situ under inert atmosphere. Energy materials (batteries, solid electrolytes, catalysts, solar), air sensitive powders.
Miniflex Benchtop attachment under N2 atmosphere. T = Ambient to 500 °C. Pressure = atmospheric. Sample holder = Nickel or ceramic.
