The new Modelling and Simulation research area at The Henry Royce Institute spans the full range of modelling techniques, across all length scales and covering all advanced materials research areas.
This webinar will introduce an audience from academia and industry to the capabilities of modelling and simulation as a tool to enhance and expand current practices. We aim to help experimental researchers and industrial partners to access and leverage Royce expertise, stimulate new ideas for research and promote new collaborations.
The webinar will include an introduction to this new research area, alongside talks from esteemed professors and early career researchers covering a range of topics including soft matter, bio, energy storage and metals; as well as talks from industry about how modelling and simulation techniques can be leveraged for materials discovery.
