Detailed Description
Equipped with two 700W fibre lasers and a 280 x 280 x 365 mm build envelope it can achieve a build rate of up to 88 cm3/h and a minimum feature size of 150 microns and heating stage.
Uses/Applications
Ideal for 3D printing of medium to high volume metal part production and prototypes.
• Max. build envelope: 280 x 280 x 365 mm (W x D x H)
• Twin laser system: 700 W or 1000 W.
• Spot size = 69 – 71 µm
• Laser wavelength = 1070 µm
• Layer heights = 20 – 75 µm depending on parameter sets.
• Optional high temperature heating plate up to 550 °C.
• Argon or Nitrogen can be used for the inert atmosphere in the build chamber.
• Bi-directional powder recoating helps reduce manufacturing time.
• Door-integrated glove boxes on the machine minimize contact during powder handling.
