Royce at the University of Cambridge and Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology would like to invite you to our AFM Training Workshop, on 10 & 11 March 2022 at University of Cambridge, Department of Materials Science & Metallurgy.
The workshop will share the latest developments on novel AFM techniques for studying micro and nano-mechanical, nano-electrical and nano-chemical properties of surfaces, and will be valuable for engineers and scientists involved in material characterisation, examining nano, micro and macro mechanical testing, R&D, material development, failure analysis covering a diverse range of materials and coating.
The first session will focus on the latest advances in AFM technology, with a practical demonstration and training on Dimension Icon equipment on day two.
